We are seeing the Destin Real Estate market warming up but feeling the winter weather with cool tempetures
With the beginning of 2011 under way it seems as if the winter weather is finally upon us. With hard freezes at night and cool temperatures during the day I am happy that the Real Estate market on the other hand has been warming up. Today on the news they talked about how there is snow in every state in the country except Florida. Looking at the weather in that way I guess we have had it pretty good this winter. We have seen a lot of good deals with short sales, foreclosures and conventional properties for sale and we having been listing and selling many of them. We finished 2009 off strong and are expecting a great 2011. Local real estate prices in Destin and 30A have really started to level off and it is a great time for investors and first time buyers to scoop up a property that they couldn’t over the past few years. Over the past year we have seen so many quality properties sell for very low prices and the overall inventory has been getting smaller. This trend means that we will continue to see low prices and good deals but they will become more difficult to find. When they do come on the market I have noticed over the past few months that they have multiple offers on them right away. The best way to see what is coming on the market is to sign up for Email Alerts which you can customize to send you the properties you are interested in right when they hit the market. Now you can be in charge and be the first to now about the hot deals and be the first to act. We are already getting ready for spring and looking forward to a warming trend in the weather.
